On the border of Antibes and Juan les Pins, hidden between modern apartment buildings, you will find this small and pastoral villa, called “Riant Coteau” on a land of 3000 m2. Since 1960, this “Mas Authentique” became a family-holiday home. Before that it was in possession of a famous French pilot and writer, Henri Delaunay. A small square in nearby Golfe Juan has his name. Since he handed over this, with his own hands reconstructed home and lovely garden, to a Dutch family , a lot of things have been changed.

And still, between the ever moving urbanization of the coast, the glitter and the glamour, this spot still has the atmosphere of the south of France, rural and peaceful, and it is always a privilege to stay here.

Hall way, living, seperate kitchen, 3 bedrooms (6x single beds), 1 bathroom with double wash basins and shower. Guest toilet and closed garden (3000 m2) with parking lots. Kitchen with oven. TV with a lot of channels and Hi-Fi chain.

Animals are welcome.
